My cauliflower sat in my fridge for a little too long, until I finally made a mashed cauliflower side dish with parsley. No milk, just a little bit of butter. It was delicious!
ReplyDeleteOh, and I used the chard to wrap sandwich fillings (tuna) instead of bread. And I've been juicing the lettuce that I don't get around to eating in salad, along with apples, celery, and lemon for a refreshing drink. Delicious!
